The Marvelous Vintage Tea Party Co. - This one-stop shop vendor for all things pretty and fun offers tea party themed rentals (that includes boozy tea parties, too!) to set the tone for your event!

Hill Country Events LLC - Hill Country Events can do it all.  They can provide anything from just a bartender for a few hours up to multiple staff to serve your food and clean.  While they don't provide alcohol, they can advise on quantities and the make their own mixers from scratch.  We highly recommend chatting with Amy about your event.

Austin's Elite Staffing is the preferred staffing vendor for several venues that I admire, and I can see why.  They can help you do ANYTHING.  Austin's Elite carries the insurance that we require for our bartenders, plus they have rentals if you need them.  We've had GREAT experiences working with Austin's Elite.  Their web site is  And, they do!

Sheraton Georgetown Texas Hotel & Conference Center - What fortuitous timing that both Pearl Snap Hall and the Sheraton Georgetown both opened in the Fall of 2016!  This hotel is luxurious and VERY close to us.  It's a perfect place for a wedding party to stay!  You can reserve blocks of rooms at a discount (make sure to mention Pearl Snap Hall) by emailing Lorena Chappell or calling her at 737-444-2721.

Katrina Baecht with Spoken Heart Ceremonies - Katrina is a total pro who takes the time to get to know her clients.  She works hard to have her custom ceremonies truly reflect the couple she is marrying.

The Marvelous Vintage Tea Party Co. - I'm not even sure how to categorize this wonderful vendor!   The Marvelous Vintage Tea Party is one of the most creative businesses I've ever encountered.  Just check out their web site!  Sophie and her team can design, cater, style, and staff your event.  It will truly be one of a kind!

Catering with a Twist - We love this super professional catering company.  They are conveniently located, fully insured, have an eye for design, and great customer service!   Catering with a Twist can also provide a bartender for your event.

The Peached Tortilla - I love the restaurant on Burnet in Austin, and was thrilled to discover that The Peached Tortilla has a mobile food truck and does catering.  They've already scouted out our facilities and can tailor a plan for your big day!

Di Lux Private Dining Events - This is my buddy Susan Shields' catering business.  After years of working at Austin's renowned Vespaio, she has gone out on her own.  Susan is terrific, her food is always delicious, and she will work hard to make your event special.

Riser Coffee - Owned by a long-time friend of mine, Kenneth Adkins, Riser Coffee just can't be beat.  He makes an unbeatable cold brew and can do fun coffee bars to up the ante on your event!

Hula Cowgirl Shaved Ice - Want something fun and fresh?  Hula Cowgirl can set up a shaved ice bar at your event.  Always welcome in the Texas heat!  They also have a fun ice cream bicycle they can bring along.

Cake Slice - Just down the road from Pearl Snap Hall!  We've had a great experience working with Cake Slice.

Sugar Mommy's - A local Georgetown business, our clients seem to go nuts over Sugar Mommy's cake pops.  They have lots of other options AND an adorable trailer they can bring over.

Food trucks work GREAT at Pearl Snap Hall!  Our backyard is set up perfectly for this hip, affordable way of catering. Check out this post for some good ideas.

Zinnia & Co. - A friend of a friend, Leah, is an awesome floral designer! Her flowers are achingly beautiful.  Check out her site!

Black Petal Floral Design - I was introduced to Lady D of Black Petal Floral Design through a mutual friend, and then I checked out her work.  Wow!  Gorgeous, hip, affordable flowers.  Yes, please.

Walton's Fancy & Staple - Walton's came through for me in a pinch when a bride left her bouquet at home in another city!  Their florist has a great eye.  They also do catering.  Highly recommend!

DJ Mahealani - Mahealani is uber professional and totally cool.  She DJ'd my 40th birthday party and brought the perfect mix of old, new, funk, and dance music to the event.  She is fantastic to work with!

DJ Give'r - DJ Give'r played our grand opening and really set the vibe.  He plays only 78s - not 33s - so vintage is his forte!  DJ Give'r is a must have for a retro cool wedding.

Aaron Goldfarb - I work with Aaron a lot and am always impressed with his professionalism.  He has clearly worked weddings before and knows how to fade in and fade out and just generally go with the flow.  He's a really talented guitarist and I love that he snuck in a little Keane (one of my favorite bands!) to the usual wedding repertoire.

Avery Logan - Avery is a true talent!  With a voice beyond her years and skills on multiple instruments, this gorgeous gal sets a classy tone for your event.

Terra Vista Strings - I've worked with these guys a bunch and they are totally professional.  They know when to start, change tunes, fade out, etc.  They can play the classics (think:  Water Music, Pachelbel Canon, etc.) but also have a great range of contemporary material including a totally rockin' rendition of "Sweet Child 'o Mine" that will turn your ceremony "up to eleven".

Minor Mishap Marching Band - Does your event call for a MARCHING BAND?!  These guys are awesome. They can tailor their band to be big or small (depending on the scale of your wedding), they wear fun yellow and black stripes, and they bring the party with them.  Want to do a 2nd line march?  Walk down the aisle with a bass drum bang?  Check them out.

Mariachi Relampago - Want to be super festive?  These guys are amazing.  They surprised my Dad at his 70th birthday and were SO fun.

Hylton Cruickshank / Austin Bagpiper - Yup.  Bagpipes.  I worked with Hylton at a recent event and he was a pro!  Showed up, tuned up, played the heck out of the bagpipes, posed for photos with guests, and was an all around good sport.  Something different for your day. (Although I don't know if he can play the Rod Stewart song from "So I Married an Axe Murderer".  I'll have to check!).

Kristen Gibbs - When I heard that a bride booked a harpist for her wedding, I admit, I pictured something cheesy.  Boy, was I wrong!  Kristen Gibbs rocked!  She can play the standards, of course, but what was super cool was that she also has an amazing voice.  She did Norah Jones' "Come Away With Me" and brought a tear to my eye ... and then took it to 11 with a kick butt harp version of Florence and the Machines' "The Dog Days are Over".   Awesome!

Gypc Girl Photography - I met Aubre with Gypc Girl at a trade show and instantly liked her (something that's very useful for someone who photographs people!).  We stayed in touch and Aubre did a styled shoot at Pearl Snap when we finally opened.  Holy smokes!  I felt like those photos were a love letter to both the model and our hall.  Aubre's eye for detail and her creativity shine through her work!

Todd White Photography - Todd is a local Georgetown photographer with a sophisticated eye.  He's fun and super helpful.  I really appreciate how eager he was to help us get the best images possible.

Austin Queer Weddings - This is my fun friend, Erica Nix's photography business.  She's got a great eye and fabulous energy.  Ask her about being in Richard Simmon's most recent workout video!

A. Wonderly Photography - Ashley did a terrific job photographing a wedding at the hall.  She captured the couple and the light beautifully!

Carlos Barron Photography - Carlos is a total pro who has frequently photographed at Pearl Snap Hall.  He's versatile and great at capturing the couple and the environment.

Magnolia Photo Booth Co. - I recently worked a wedding with Laura, from Magbooth.  First of all, she was charming and friendly, and, second, her booth was adorable! The photos are customizable, the set-up is easy, they have an on-site staffer to help, and the result is utterly fab.  Highly recommend!

The McKellars - I've worked with the McKellars on a few different weddings and they do an amazing job.  They are nice combination of relaxed and professional, and are open to making your vision come to life!  Check out this fun indie film inspired video they made for one of my couples.

Photohouse Films - Photohouse Films did a phenomenal job of documenting Rosalyn & Christian's emotional wedding at Stonehouse Villa.  Highly recommend!

Brandon Hill Stories - Brandon was hired by a couple I worked with in the Fall of 2013 and he created a wonderful video, which went on to be featured on the wedding blog, Love 24 fps.  He's quite a storyteller!

Urban Betty - Urban Betty did the hair at a recent wedding at Pearl Snap and they did a wonderful job!  They'll come to you and are well versed in all the latest trends.

Maggie's Hair Designs - Maggie is Pearl Snap Hall's wonderful neighbor!  She and her staff are the best in Georgetown and she is conveniently located RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, so your whole bridal party can easily spiff up day-of!

Lithesome Lettering - Want some eye candy?  Lithesome Lettering can create invitation for your big day, hand letter your envelopes, and all sorts of creative things!

Zachary Horst Wedding Chalks - Wedding Chalks are all the rage.  Zachary can create cool custom signage for your event including bar menus, seating charts, directional signage, etc.

Little Duck Calligraphy - I was introduced to Little Duck when they did an invitation suite for an event at our hall.  I was instantly charmed by the line drawing they did of the hall, the gorgeous color palette, and the overall chicness of the set!

The Den Archive - Justine is an amazing illustrator and she can "live paint" your big day!  Check out her adorable couple portraits on her site.  What a fun idea for your invitation!

Jocelyn Connell - Jocelyn is fluent in Spanish and is able to provide thoughtful and classy translation to your ceremony!  We've worked together reading lines (me in English / Jocelyn in Spanish) and it was seamless and beautiful.  ALL guests were able to enjoy the ceremony!

Austin Social Dance - I met Campbell, of Austin Social Dance, years ago when I used to teach her yoga.   She is super cool and will guide you along the path of becoming a comfortable dancer.  Their motto is "Dance with Confidence".  You can do it!

Arthur Murray of Georgetown - Carlos and Elena of Arthur Murray of Georgetown are total pros!  They can do anything from helping you get rid of your first-dance wedding jitters to teaching your guests to salsa.
